Acceptance

By downloading, accessing, or using Liga, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

The Service

Liga lets you record matches, track scores and ratings, join sessions and tournaments, and connect with other players across tennis, padel, and badminton. We're continually improving the app and may add, change, or remove features over time.

Your Account

You need an account to use Liga. You agree to provide accurate information, to keep your login secure, and to be responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use Liga.

Acceptable Use

When using Liga, you agree not to:

• Break the law or infringe others' rights
• Harass, abuse, or impersonate other players
• Upload harmful, offensive, or misleading content
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the app
• Manipulate ratings, rankings, or results in bad faith

We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms in order to protect other players and the integrity of the app.

Subscriptions & Billing

Liga offers an optional paid subscription that unlocks additional features. Purchases are billed through your Apple App Store or Google Play account, and subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

You can manage or cancel your subscription any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their respective policies.

Your Content

You keep ownership of the content you create in Liga, such as your profile and match data. You grant us the permission needed to store and display it so the app can work — for example, showing your shared match results to the other players in a game.

Disclaimers

Liga is provided "as is" and "as available." While we work hard to keep it reliable and accurate, we don't guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or that ratings and results will be free of mistakes.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Liga and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll revise the date at the top and, for significant changes, let you know in the app. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
